While my food isn’t always pretty, this summertime salmon is picture perfect! The fresh lemon, blood oranges, and dill enhance the flavor of the Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon.

Simply place salmon on a sheet pan, coat with EVOO, salt and pepper; layer the fruit, red onion, and fresh herbs on top and bake at 400 F for 7 minutes.

This salmon is quick, flavorful, and flaky, and the perfect protein source for a home cooked dinner!
