Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding

I feel like I always have a bag of chia seeds in my pantry waiting for me to consume. Switching up my normal yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast with this chia pudding was 10/10. The best part about it β€” you can make it the night before! This recipe is packed with healthy fats and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp flax seed

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides [optional, but added protein and health benefits]

  • fresh honey to taste

  • frozen mixed berries

Directions:

  1. add all ingredients into a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight

Toppings:

  • Purely Elizabeth granola, fresh blueberries, and almond butter are my go-to’s!
