Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding
I feel like I always have a bag of chia seeds in my pantry waiting for me to consume. Switching up my normal yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast with this chia pudding was 10/10. The best part about it β you can make it the night before! This recipe is packed with healthy fats and fiber.
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax seed
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides [optional, but added protein and health benefits]
fresh honey to taste
frozen mixed berries
Directions:
add all ingredients into a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight
Toppings:
Purely Elizabeth granola, fresh blueberries, and almond butter are my go-toβs!
