Nothing's better than a slow Friday morning at home and some homemade waffles. I whipped together this quick and easy recipe with ingredients most people already have at home!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 Tbsp apple sauce (or 1/2 mashed banana)

  • 1/3 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • vanilla and cinnamon to taste

Directions:

  1. add everything to a blender until a batter forms

  2. spray waffle iron with coconut oil and cook for 2 minutes

  3. top with fresh fruit, yogurt, and nut butter!
