Nothing's better than a slow Friday morning at home and some homemade waffles. I whipped together this quick and easy recipe with ingredients most people already have at home!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 Tbsp apple sauce (or 1/2 mashed banana)
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
vanilla and cinnamon to taste
Directions:
add everything to a blender until a batter forms
spray waffle iron with coconut oil and cook for 2 minutes
top with fresh fruit, yogurt, and nut butter!
