Whenever my Dad and I are home alone, fish is our go-to dinner! We aren’t picky when it comes to the type of fish, but have found this to be one of our favorite methods for cooking it!
Simply lay the fish fillet on a bed of lemons in the center of the parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and capers, and fold the paper up around the fish to form a pouch.
Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes
*Note: you may need to cook for additional time depending on the thickness of the fish cut.
