Greek Feta Turkey Burgers
These were the yummiest turkey burgers that were the perfect meal prep to have for lunches throughout the week. I made bowls with brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and broccoli to add in some health carbs and fiber and topped with green goddess dressing for healthy fats!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup spinach, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, fine diced
1/3 cup feta cheese
1 egg
garlic powder
onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and heat a pan with some avocado oil [has the highest smoke point which will prevent burning]
Place burgers on pan and cover with lid for 3 minutes
Flip burgers and cover with lid for another 3 minutes or until fully cooked!
