Greek Feta Turkey Burgers

These were the yummiest turkey burgers that were the perfect meal prep to have for lunches throughout the week. I made bowls with brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and broccoli to add in some health carbs and fiber and topped with green goddess dressing for healthy fats!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, fine diced

  • 1/3 cup feta cheese

  • 1 egg

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and heat a pan with some avocado oil [has the highest smoke point which will prevent burning]

  2. Place burgers on pan and cover with lid for 3 minutes

  3. Flip burgers and cover with lid for another 3 minutes or until fully cooked!
