Greens Smoothie
This green smoothie is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a sweet snack while sneaking in tons of nutrients.
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
2 handfuls spinach
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 Tbsp flax seed (great source of fiber)
1 scoop of protein powder
cinnamon
Nutrient Breakdown:
Protein - Protein powder
Healthy Fats - Avocado, flaxseed, cashew butter
Carbohydrates - Banana
Fiber - Spinach, flaxseed
