Greens Smoothie

This green smoothie is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a sweet snack while sneaking in tons of nutrients.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter

  • 1 Tbsp flax seed (great source of fiber)

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • cinnamon

Nutrient Breakdown:

  • Protein - Protein powder

  • Healthy Fats - Avocado, flaxseed, cashew butter

  • Carbohydrates - Banana

  • Fiber - Spinach, flaxseed
