This banana boat is just that!

  1. Slice your banana lengthwise

  2. Melt dark chocolate in 30 second intervals until a drizzle forms

  3. Top banana with chocolate drizzle, granola or crumbled oatmeal cookies [I used Alyssas Oat Bites], and greek yogurt for some added protein!
